The Role Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an outstanding professional as an Account Movements Specialist in the Financial Services Business Unit to be part of this amazing fast-growing Fintech. As an Account Movements Specialist you will be responsible for all aspects of managing the Account balance and Transfers operation – monitoring P2P transfers, SPEI, CODI and their evolution, managing partners and improving day-to-day operation and user experience.
It's a role that collaborates with internal areas such as legal, product, tech, operations, among others; and keeps monitoring key competitors aiming to offer better features or products to increase business objectives..
The Account movements Specialist also provides support to cross Financial Services areas and serve as a role model for the Business Unit value statements.
What will I be doing?
Working closely with other departments (legal, product, tech, operations, fraud among others) to achieve business objectives
Collaborate executing Banking strategy.
Align internal areas to achieve business objectives (Increase average balance, reduce SPEI out volume and amount operation, Cuenta remunerada adoption, Increase Floating, Transfers performance, NPS, among others)
Own all aspects of balance, transfers, floating, operations
Own Balance and Transfers KPIs
Own on compliance and regulatory requirements for transfers, floating and SPEI & CODI operation
Share responsibility for incident management and assuring our reliability and business continuity, on transfers.
Share ownership of the internal bugs and issues process within operations and work closely with QA, engineering and product to investigate and prioritize solutions
Share responsibility for improving operational processes - defining/improving, monitoring and reporting . Related to transfers.
Monitoring competitors to identify opportunities or threats in business.
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor degree, finance /engineering/administrative.
Have 1-2 years of work experience collaborating on manage balance and transfers operation, SPEI, CODI, BANXICO operation
Have 2-3 years in a fast-paced environment, desirable
Be enthusiastic about being part of a team who seeks to change the way people interact with financial services
Have a passion for financial services, payments and operational processes and creating great user experiences
Be highly analytical, hard working and curious on new solutions on market
Have excellent communication and organizational skills
