Steve Franklin

Steve Franklin is an accomplished professional in the field of learning and development with extensive experience in training and sales. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at CoBank since March 2008, Franklin previously held the position of Manager of Learning and Development. Prior to that, Franklin worked at Aurora Loan Services and Lehman Brothers Bank in various senior sales training roles, where responsibilities included national sales training for over 400 mortgage professionals and global consultation. Franklin began a career in training at Great-West Healthcare as a Senior Sales Trainer. Educational credentials include a JD in Business Law from Tulane University Law School and a BA in Business Economics from Colorado College.
