Summary:
The Senior Associate, Recruiter will provide support across the global business with a focus on campus and full-cycle lateral recruitment. Major Responsibilities/Activities:
- Manage the campus recruiting process for 5-10 summer internship roles across the firm; posting and sourcing applications from universities, reviewing resumes and facilitating interview processes
- Plan and successfully execute the firm’s 10-week Summer Associate Program
- Partner with hiring managers on full-cycle recruitment; from intake meeting to negotiating offers
- Conduct recruitment market research, lead generation, candidate sourcing and screening
- Generate sufficient candidate pipeline to reduce recruitment expenses and reliance on third party search firms
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), and other platforms while developing approaches to attract passive candidates
- Daily review of direct job applicants via Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
- Conduct original research including competitive market-mapping and organizational-mapping
- Phone-screen candidate prospects in support of HR recruitment teammates
- Provide support on additional talent acquisition strategic initiatives, as needed
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-4 years of campus or lateral recruiting experience, preferably in financial services
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and associated reporting and analytics
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse a plus)
- Interest in investment management/financial services
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven; must be able to operate with a sense of urgency
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service with a high level of professionalism
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface with all levels of employees
- Demonstrates inclusive behaviors in support of a culture that values diverse perspectives
- High ethical standards with the ability to work with discretion and maintain the highly confidential nature of all Human Resources work
- Embraces ambiguity and comfortable managing recruitment processes across various departments (IT, Corporate, Investments, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to work with large data sets to support metrics-intensive initiatives
- Understands and demonstrates excellence in client service
- Ability to effectively multitask with precision and urgency
