Nathan is a Vice President and Execution Counsel in Coller Capital’s Investment team, responsible for the structuring, negotiating and execution of investments. Nathan is based in the firm’s Hong Kong office.
Prior to joining Coller Capital, Nathan was an Associate at Latham & Watkins in Hong Kong, where he advised top-tier private equity firms and their portfolio companies on a wide range of complex transactions, including domestic and cross-border buyouts, growth equity investments, joint ventures, public takeovers, and other private equity transactions across various industry sectors in Asia.
Nathan holds Bachelor of Laws (First Hons) from the City University of Hong Kong and Bachelor of Civil Law (Distinction) from the University of Oxford.
