Morgan Courtney

Morgan Courtney is a seasoned operations leader currently serving as Senior Director of Tasker Operations at Taskrabbit, responsible for supply strategy and customer satisfaction in North America. Morgan has established significant initiatives such as TaskRabbit for Good, aimed at enhancing community impact, and has implemented the company's inaugural Customer Success team. Previous roles include Community Engagement Manager at XQ Institute, where efforts focused on reimagining high school education, and strategic positions within USAID and the U.S. Department of State, including leading the Burma/Myanmar team. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Affairs from Princeton University and a Certificate in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School.
