Stephanie Lord

Stephanie Lord serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Vital Voices Global Partnership, focusing on building collaborations to enhance women's leadership globally and aims to expand the organization's reach to 50,000 women leaders by 2030. Previously, in a temporary role at Vital Voices, Lord spearheaded initiatives to combat Gender-Based Violence. As a Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations, Lord actively engages in discussions on diversity in foreign affairs and women in policy. With extensive experience including positions at the Batonga Foundation, where Lord was the Founding Executive Director and later a Strategic Advisor, the work centered around empowering marginalized female youth in West Africa. Lord also has experience through roles at the Shafik Gabr Foundation, the U.S. Department of State, and Enel, alongside a strong educational background with a Master's degree in International Development from American University.
