About the Role
The Recruitment Specialist (Mobilisation Coordinator) plays a key role in sourcing, screening, and mobilising candidates for various job placements within the Trades & Industrial sector. This position ensures that all candidates meet compliance and site requirements by coordinating interviews, medical checks, reference verifications, and onboarding documentation.
The role involves candidate engagement, administrative support, and process coordination to ensure timely and professional workforce deployment. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Management & Mobilisation
- Source, screen, and manage candidates from job advertisements and internal databases.
- Review resumes and schedule interviews for the recruitment team.
- Ensure compliance with work rights, reference checks, and certifications before deployment.
- Coordinate medical exams, drug tests, PPE, and additional site paperwork.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the mobilisation process.
- Recruitment Administration & Compliance
- Follow up on assigned job orders, candidate placements, and start dates.
- Update and maintain candidate records in the Qlicr database.
- Ensure that all candidates meet site and company compliance requirements.
- Assist the recruitment team in meeting KPIs and targets.
- Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with Business Development Managers, recruitment team, and clients regarding candidate mobilisations.
- Flag and report candidate concerns, drop-offs, or inconsistencies to the recruitment team.
- Assist with timesheet collections and outstanding documentation.
- Maintain a structured follow-up system to ensure smooth and timely mobilisations.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or mobilisation roles.
- Strong interpersonal and English communication skills – able to interact confidently with candidates and clients.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in recruitment databases (e.g., Qlicr) and compliance processes (passports/VEVO checks etc) is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task management.
- Willing to work on-site in Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday-Friday, dayshift)
