Cheri McAdow

Cheri McAdow has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Cheri retired in 2017, after which they worked at e-MDs as the Director of Support and later as the Sr. Manager of Software Support. In these roles, they were responsible for improving support processes, reducing ticket response time, and creating a positive work environment. Prior to that, they worked at Xerox/Affiliated Computer Services as the Program Operations Director and Claims Services Director, THSteps Client Outreach Director, and Decision Support Services Manager.
