Antoine Delaunay currently serves as a Senior Information Technology Officer at eu-LISA since April 2018, following extensive experience in the software development field. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer at Zetes, Software Architect at Sigedis, and Senior Software Developer at ONP/RVP, where Antoine contributed to significant projects including developing systems for pension calculations and public worker information management. Earlier experience includes positions at Abdeus, Capco, Office nationale des pensions - Bruxelles, and Banque Degroof, showcasing a strong technical foundation in software engineering, project management, and system architecture. Antoine holds a degree in computer science from Nantes Université, obtained between 1998 and 2001.

This is the official company page for the European Union Agency for the Operational Management of Large-Scale IT Systems in the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice (eu-LISA). eu-LISA was established to manage large-scale information systems in the area of freedom, security and justice. It fulfils the operational management tasks for Eurodac, the Schengen Information System (SIS II) and the Visa Information System (VIS). The Agency thus supports the implementation of the EU's border management, asylum and migration policies. eu-LISA has also been entrusted with the preparation, development and operational management of the European Entry-Exit System (EES), the European Travel Information and Authorisation Systems (ETIAS) as well as the European Criminal Records Information System - Third Country Nationals (ECRIS-TCN) and ensure that both these and the already existing systems are interoperable. eu-LISA is responsible for keeping all the IT systems under its control permanently functional in order to allow continuous and uninterrupted exchange of data between national authorities.
