Prior experience includes roles as a Thin Film Coating Engineer at ATFilms and various research positions at Colorado State University, including a role focused on thin-film thermoelectric modules and photovoltaic applications. Garrett holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University.
