Ben Steib

Ben Steib is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Associate in Cross Asset Sales - Equities at Goldman Sachs since July 2021. Additionally, Ben is an Ambassador for First Generation Investors, contributing to initiatives supporting underrepresented communities in finance. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Colby College under Jim Fleming, where Ben supported research within the Department of Science, Technology and Society. Earlier positions include founding and serving as President of Mayflower Hill Capital, a student-run investment fund, and internship roles with Goldman Sachs, Fairview Capital Investment Management, and 19 Capital Management, where Ben gained extensive experience in investment analysis, financial modeling, and equity research. Education includes a degree from Colby College, as well as international study at Université Bourgogne Europe and attendance at INSEAD for summer courses in International Business.
