We are seeking a People Operations Partner to join our team and drive HR initiatives that support our organization's growth and success. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ideating, creating, owning, delivering and maintaining a consistent employee-centric vision across multiple People programs, initiatives and processes globally
  • Owning payroll, including cross-functional coordination on employee commissions, bonus payouts, and expense reimbursements
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in Turkey and USA 
  • Responding to payroll-related inquiries from employees, resolving any issues or discrepancies promptly
  • Collaborating with other departments including Accounting, Finance, Tax, Accounts Payable, and Internal Audit to ensure alignment regarding cross-departmental dependencies and impacts and to address payroll financial reporting requirements
  • Owning data integrity within the HRIS and other systems.
  • Acting as a point of contact for local employee queries on People related topics, benefits, policies & procedures, etc.
  • Providing support with performance management tasks such as performance reviews, development and improvement plans, and training.
  • Ensuring legal compliance of local regulations
  • Collaborating with our global Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to onboard new employees and deliver an exceptional experience.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Very good command of English both written and verbal 
  • At least 5 to 7 years previous HR Generalist or People Operations experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Payroll 
  • Deep knowledge of People principles, practices and tools 
  • Very strong ability to use quantitative data and metrics 
  • Exceptional mathematical and calculation skills
  • Exemplary skills in Microsoft Excel utilizing pivot tables, v-lookups, graphs, charts, etc.
  • Experience with financial controls and compliance with laws and policies, culture, and code of conduct
  • Experience in a high growth, fast-paced environment environment
  • Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills 
  • Experience working with HRIS, compensation and benefits, employee relations
  • Good understanding and knowledge in employment law and best practices
  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
