Job description

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organisation. This includes employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with labour laws. This role involves supporting leadership on HR issues, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring effective communication across teams.

Job Title: HR Manager

Shift Type: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (Night Shift PH Time)

Work Model: 100% On-site

Location: BGC, Taguig

Responsibilities:

Partner with key stakeholders’ leaders across all levels of the organisation to ensure global HR strategy is localised, compliant with the local laws.Support documentation and delivery of HR processes, policies, and procedures in the region across the entire employee life cycle.Serve as the main escalation point for any employee related issues and will be involved in people issue consultations, culture management, program roll outs, training and change management effectively.Actively identify gaps and propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks.Develop an attractive and well-rounded compensation and benefits package (salary, bonus, incentives, health benefits, etc.) for all roles in the organisation. Ensure timely processing of compensation and benefits.Ensure accurate management and reporting of leave and attendance records.Manage payroll processes end-to-end and coordinate with internal accounts, payroll-related vendors, and government agencies.Look after employee relations, performance management and career development policies, training, and processes.Ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations and implement best practices.Manage, comply with audit and compliance queries from government agencies.Develop and monitor the HR and Admin's budget.Support all administrative responsibilities including but not limited to facilities management and management of key HR/admin vendors.

Education level required:

Bachelor's degree in psychology, HR Management, Behavioural Science, or related courses (master's is a plus)5+ years of HR experience in tech or IT SMB companies
