We are looking for a Finance Operations Senior Analyst to join our global finance team. In this role, you will take on critical responsibilities that will shape the future of Jobandtalent, as you work on high-level projects and directly influence our financial strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with our senior leadership and make a significant impact on our global business.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models to support key strategic decisions
• Prepare detailed financial materials for the Board of Directors
• Conduct sensitivity analysis for C-level executives to evaluate various business scenarios
• Collaborate on the development of our global Business Plan in preparation for a major refinancing project in 2025

You have

• Proven Excel modeling experience, with a deep understanding of building and maintaining complex financial models
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English at a C1+ level
• A mindset of extreme ownership, taking responsibility for your work and delivering results
