Kingston Midstream is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Winnipeg-based James Richardson & Sons, Limited (JRSL), which was founded in 1857 in Kingston, Ontario. A private, family-owned and operated corporation, JRSL is actively involved in global agriculture and food processing, financial services and real estate investment, as well as energy exploration, transportation and marketing.
