Marcy Strong

Marcy Strong, M.A., CPHR, is an accomplished professional in organizational development and leadership consulting, currently serving as the Manager of Organizational Development at MacEwan University since October 2017. As a founding partner of VisionWorks Consulting Group since 1997, Marcy specializes in leadership development, value-based leadership, and change management, focusing on coaching authentic leaders and building high-performance teams. Previous experience includes roles at Shell, where responsibilities included organizational effectiveness consulting and custom leadership strategy development, and TELUS, where Marcy led change management initiatives for SAP implementations. Marcy holds a Master's degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University and a diploma in Radio and Television Arts from NAIT.
