What we are looking for:

• A full-cycle recruiter that can help grow the MasterClass team (particularly the creative team that consist of both nontechnical and technical team members)
• Ability to negotiate, close, and generate offers for candidates

Responsibilities of the role:

• Full-cycle recruitment for creative (directors, video editors, producers, coordinators)
• Drive an exceptional candidate experience
• Serve as main point of contact for hiring managers for supported roles and adapt to changing needs of business
• Manage offers to candidates and work closely with People Ops to coordinate contracts, Visas, and start dates
• Build long-lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers

Requirements:

• 4+ years recruiting experience and at least 3 years of onsite creative recruiting experience at a creative agency, tech company and/or fast-growing startup
• A strong network in the San Francisco Bay Area and/or Los Angeles creative and entertainment industry
• Detail oriented - ability to efficiently prioritize responsibilities and key roles
• Experience driving exceptional candidate experience
• Excellent writer and communicator with attention to detail
• Passionate about bringing on more incredible people that align with our mission
