Teri Schweers

Teri Schweers is a seasoned environmental professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and environmental management. Currently serving as a Senior Environmental Specialist at MP Materials since October 2021, Teri previously held several roles, including Compliance & Regulatory Affairs Analyst and Pretreatment Inspector at the Clark County Water Reclamation District. In these positions, responsibilities encompassed consolidating environmental compliance programs, conducting inspections, permit analysis, and educating industries on compliance with local and federal regulations. Teri's experience also includes work as a Wastewater Pretreatment Inspector II for the City of San Diego, HazMat Chemist for North State Environmental, and R&D Tech/QC Associate at IQ Pipeline, Inc. Teri holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from San Diego State University.
