About this Role: As a Business Recruiter at Narmi, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, with a specific focus on our GTM (Sales, Marketing, etc) and Operations (Customer Success, etc) roles. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to offer stage.
