The role and opportunity 

The Change Manager will play a key role in designing, building and improving processes to ensure we’re providing a world class customer experience and deliver business and transformation projects within our Advice team.

Day to day you will:

  • Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to identify issues and opportunities, and execute solutions effectively.
  • Lead / support the launch and embedding of change initiatives and be responsible for successful delivery
  • Own the change including communication, operational readiness, training and execution plans.
  • Own the communication plan for key stakeholders/groups to keep them informed of key changes and potential impacts through appropriate channels and methods.
  • Work with data to deliver impactful insights to stakeholders, including our senior leadership team.
  • Use initiative to re-design processes and automate as much as possible, considering short and long term business objectives.
  • Work with third party vendors to support the change plan & training accordingly

You should be able to digest complexity and develop a plan to move forward, without losing sight of the important details. You’ll need to  understand how to translate business requirements into solutions and then execute.

Delivery focussed and not afraid to get stuck in
We like to set ambitious goals and find creative ways to hit them, even if that means rolling up our sleeves and doing manual tasks before we’ve managed to fully automate them. You should have strong organisational skills and a bias towards action and getting things done.

Good technical knowledge of the Advice industry
You don’t need to be a qualified Adviser or Planner, but you’ll need to have experience within the Advice industry to hit the ground running.

Required

  • 5+ years working in a change, project management or business analysis type role
  • 2+ years experience working in a Financial Advice or Wealth Manager business and a solid understanding of the UK Advice framework
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to challenge and influence decision-making

In return for your contribution we offer a base salary of £60,000 - £70,000 DOE + benefits

Please note, as a regulated business we are required to run background checks for all employees which covers adverse financial and unspent convictions. These will only take place upon a successful job offer.

Flexible working
We currently operate a hybrid model which is a mix of office and remote. You'll have the option of working from home 2 days per week (Monday and Friday) with the remainder from our central London office in Holborn.
