Tax Accountant

Are you a tax professional looking for an opportunity to make an impact in a global organisation? We are on the hunt for a Tax Accountant to join our Finance Team, ensuring accurate and timely tax compliance, reporting, and risk management across multiple jurisdictions.

As a key member of our finance team, you’ll take ownership of tax return preparation, ensuring timely payments, supporting corporate tax filings, and assisting with transfer pricing. You’ll also play a crucial role in month-end tax accounting, audits, tax administration, and process improvements while proactively managing tax risks.

• Experience: You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in tax accounting, including preparing tax provisions, reconciliations, and journal entries. Prior experience within a tech company is beneficial but not necessary.
• Skills: You have a solid understanding of tax principles, including GST/VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax, and transfer pricing, with a strong knowledge of tax compliance and regulatory requirements, ideally across multiple jurisdictions.
• Characteristics: You have a passion for tax and have a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, making working across teams and coordinating external stakeholders a breeze. Finally, you have a high level of accountability, with a drive to take ownership of processes and projects.
• Qualifications: You hold a relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, and have either completed or are working towards a CA/CPA qualification.
