OTC Flow continues its journey towards becoming the market leader in the environmental commodity sector. We are actively seeking for sales traders to join our expanding team based in Amsterdam.

About the role
In your role as a sales trader, your main focus is to build your own client portfolio and provide strategic trade solutions to support your clients in meeting their environmental compliance objectives. You will actively engage in outreach and prospecting through cold calling and client meetings.
Main responsibilities
Proactively build your client portfolio through direct prospecting via cold calling and networking;
Communicate with clients through phone, online and face-to-face meetings to understand their business needs;
Identify trade opportunities and support in executing them;
Serve as the primary source of information for your contacts;
Provide daily pricing and insights to market actors through messaging systems;
Monitor markets and stay updated on financial news and developments;
Stay informed about the products being traded and current on new products and procedures;
Be responsible for achieving your own revenue (PnL) target;
Promote OTC Flow’s services to increase the company’s market share
About you
At least a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field;
You have a financial background, and firm interest in financial markets and commodities;
Native-level Polish and fluent English are required;
You have proven experience working as a broker / 360 agency recruiter / sales trader or in similar client-facing role;
Cold calling and prospecting experience;
Commercial attitude and entrepreneurial spirit;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Dedicated to achieving high targets, proactive, resilient, and ambitious;
Comfortable working in a high-pressure and dynamic environment.
