Outpace Bio
Tad Davenport is a highly experienced scientist with a focus on biophysical characterization and therapeutic antibodies. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist at Outpace Bio since November 2020, Tad previously held the position of Scientist II at both Lyell Immunopharma and AbbVie, where responsibilities included the purification and characterization of antibodies for cancer treatment. Tad's research career began as an IRTA Post-Doctoral Fellow at the National Institutes of Health, investigating antigen internalization mechanisms in B cells, and continued with a Post Doctoral Research Associate role at the University of Washington, studying antibody and immunogen dynamics using advanced techniques. Tad earned a PhD in Pathobiology from the University of Washington and a BA in Biochemistry from Middlebury College.
