Kara Hill is the Director of Strategic Projects at Port San Antonio, where Kara focuses on creating a vibrant ecosystem to connect military missions, industry partners, and innovators to educational, career, and business opportunities. With previous experience in managing accounts and government relations at CPS Energy, and serving as a principal/owner in consulting and construction firms, Kara has a diverse background in community development and economic analysis. Kara holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Trinity University and an MBA from St. Mary's University.
