Martijn Zwanenburg

Phd Student at QuTech

Martijn Zwanenburg is currently a PhD candidate at QuTech, starting in July 2022. Prior to this role, Martijn served as a trainer and coach at DHC Hudito from September 2017 to June 2022, focusing on youth development in hockey. Martijn gained experience as a software engineer during an internship at VSPARTICLE from August 2019 to August 2020 and contributed to research at Conesaboj Lab while completing a Bachelor's thesis on the dielectric response function from EELS from June 2019 to January 2020. Earlier, Martijn was a freelance web developer at Young Webdevelopment from September 2014 to August 2019, and held a part-time front-end developer position at MatchQ Human Capital Indicators from March 2016 to March 2017. Martijn began professional experience as a helpdesk manager at Woodify from May 2013 to June 2014. Martijn holds a Master of Science in Applied Physics and a minor in Electronics for Robotics from Delft University of Technology, as well as a VWO diploma from Rijnlands Lyceum Wassenaar.
