Rob Turner has a strong background in engineering and management roles within the beverage industry. Rob began their career at PepsiCo in 1994, where they held various directorial positions in plant, engineering, logistics, warehouse, maintenance, resource conservation, and transportation. In 2010, they took on the role of Director of Engineering - Sustainability before becoming Plant Director in 2012. Rob remained in this position until 2017 when they joined Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling as the Director of Engineering. In 2022, they were promoted to the position of Senior Director of Engineering, where they currently serve.

Rob Turner has an MBA from the University of Saint Francis and a BS from Purdue University. Rob also attended Marion High School.
