David Title

David Title has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as an Associate Teaching Professor and Department Chair in Educational and Literacy Leadership at Sacred Heart University since July 2016. David also directs the Superintendent of Schools Certification Program. Prior to this role, David held positions as Associate Clinical Professor and Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership. Between July 2010 and July 2016, David served as Superintendent of Schools in Fairfield Public Schools and previously in Bloomfield Public Schools from March 2002 to June 2010. David's career in education began at Waterford Public Schools, where responsibilities included serving as Assistant Superintendent from July 1990 to March 2002. David earned a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Harvard Graduate School of Education and holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Dartmouth College.
