Scale LLP is seeking an Operations Specialist to play a mission-critical role in supporting the firm’s operations department. This team member will be an operations point of contact for the firm’s attorneys for client intake and other administrative support, and will also collaborate cross functionally with our Talent / Community and Finance teams. The ideal candidate is efficient, collaborative, detail-oriented, has a willingness to learn, and professionally communicates with internal team members, attorneys, and clients. This is a 100% remote opportunity.
