Amina Sarpola

Amina Sarpola is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently a General Counsel at Smartly.io since April 2019, Amina has held various roles including Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel, alongside responsibilities as a Stock Administrator and Legal Trainee. Prior experience includes working as a Legal Trainee at EMU Finance, providing legal advice on agreements and company law, and an internship at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland, focusing on human rights reporting. Amina has also served as a Service Advisor at OP Financial Group and contributed to human rights research with national institutions. Amina holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Helsinki and a Master of Administrative Sciences from the University of Tampere.
