Working Student - People & Culture (m/f/d)

Now as we grow, we are searching for a new Working Student to join the People & Culture team in our  Munich business unit. What you'll do

• Responsible for mail and front office desk
• Ordering office supplies, telephone contracts, mail and courier services
• Coordinating third-party providers (cleaning agency, janitor service etc.)
• Coordinating meetings in the office (meeting room preparations)
• Managing first day for employees (onboarding box, preparing desks, sending equipment to remote workers)
• Assist in organizing internal events, workshops and global company gathering
• Support in workplace design (office renovation, health and safety measures, etc.)
• Performing data entry and maintaining data accuracy

What We Are Looking For:

• Currently enrolled in a university or higher education program (social sciences, communication or similar)
• A keen interest in the HR field and employer branding
• Strongly developed organizational and communication skills
• Excellent PC skills and good knowledge of MS Office
• Professional level of English and German

This position requires a commitment of 20 hours per week and will be base at our headquarters in Munich
