Casey Drummond

Casey Drummond is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and consulting. Currently serving as a Limited Partner at Stage 2 Capital since July 2024, Casey contributes to the venture capital firm's mission of supporting early-stage B2B software companies. In addition, Casey has been with Yext since May 2017, advancing through a series of roles to the position of Senior Director, Customer Success, Enterprise. Previous experiences include consulting roles at IBM and marketing internships at The Coca-Cola Company and Delta Air Lines. Casey also co-founded LearnHowtoExcel.com, a startup that offers Microsoft Excel tutorials. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Georgia Institute of Technology, a minor in Engineering and Business from the Denning Technology & Management Program, and executive education from Harvard Business School and Boston University's Questrom School of Business.
