Swoop provides chauffeured transportation (e.g. limo, bus, and van) operators with SaaS platform, Moovs (Moovsapp.com). Moovs makes it easier to allow businesses access to website development, booking tools, dispatch automation, payment management, and much more. Additionally, we help their customers navigate the highly fragmented industry by removing frustration and complexity from the current user experience with our Marketplace at swoopapp.com.

Job Description

We’re hiring an Operations Associate. This person is passionate about using their expertise and attention to detail to make group mobility more seamless. In this role, you’ll be working on booking rides with our partner firms that customers have requested. This includes being detail oriented and rigorous around putting together orders and trips that work for our customers. You’ll be working closely with the leadership team and experience the hypergrowth of one of the fastest-growing tech start-ups in LA.

Responsibilities

  • We are getting more demand than we can handle, and you will hit the ground running to support the team and the company on hitting high-growth targets
  • Help us understand how to best scale these operations as we continue to grow as a company
  • Owning all deals coming in from a certain customer segment
  • Communicate with customers on deal changes
  • Providing feedback to cross-functional teams to build a tech marketplace

Requirements

  • You have experience in Business Development or Operations and love operations of a business
  • 1+ years of working experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excitement about working in a high-growth startup
  • Being able to work on multiple projects
