Ryan Tichenor

Ryan Tichenor is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in tax counsel and planning. Currently serving as Senior Tax Counsel at Textron since May 2021, Ryan previously held various leadership roles at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals from June 2015 to May 2021, including Director and Senior Manager of Tax Planning. Earlier in Ryan's career at PwC, positions included Manager and Senior Associate within Washington National Tax Services and International Tax. Additional experience includes a Summer Associate role at Edward Jones and a Law Clerk position at the Missouri Secretary of State's Securities Division. Ryan earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Economics from Truman State University, along with studies at Bucerius Law School.
