The Evoke Agency is looking for Part Time Temp support for a planned employee outage March 1st 2025 - June 30th 2025.
Role is required in person at Headquarter in Madison, Wisconsin

What Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Account Community Management
Responsible for high-quality online community management, including error-free copywriting
Source and manage influencer and ambassador relationships through outreach and relationship maintenance
Daily monitoring and response for all media channels 7 days a week including occasional customer service, etc.
Seamless Content Execution & Project Management
Meet all assigned deadlines while anticipating team Lead and client needs and requests
Assist with content calendar creation through copywriting, sourcing, and strategizing content
Learn and execute client tone of voice through copywriting blogs, emails, social media content, and more
Assist with client special projects and campaigns through execution of timely and thoughtful content
Own client projects, and manage meetings with Strategy and Creative to ensure seamless delivery
Solve problems by creating solutions while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Facilitate Instagram story creation and postings for client social media per strategic vision
Use internal processes for projects through necessary tools (Wrike, Server, software, time tracking, etc.)
Creative Team Engagement
Actively assist the creative team with content creation in photoshoots, video creation, or design
Other Responsibilities
Keep project work on task and on budget (via billable client hours) through efficient execution
Continuously learn and grow through staying abreast of social media and marketing trends
Assist with Evoke projects, stay organized, and continuously adapt to changing needs of clients.
Other duties as assigned by you Manager
All clients have different needs, so responsibilities may change with the needs of the client and Agency

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work individually or within a team
You don’t just know Instagram; you have a strong command of all major platforms and social tools.
You want a holistic marketing experience beyond just ad placement, creative, and project management

You love to problem solve and are able to be quick and flexible in your solutions
You have a desire to always be current on social and mobile technology trends, guidelines and best practices.
You have experience in building impactful marketing strategies and campaigns - and can prove it!
You are highly organized, detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You have a marketing/business degree and 0-2 years of experience managing the above.
