In this role, you will build cultural resonance for brands, leveraging your passion for creativity, culture, understanding how people think/interact, brands, problem solving, and working across departments and leadership to make award winning work. You bring energy, curiosity and passion to all projects, inspiring team members and clients to create world-class work.
The right candidate will be:
Deeply curious and insightful – able to source insights across a variety of touchpoints including consumer behavior, cultural macrotrends and category dynamics, and lead teams and workstreams in using these insights to identify and solve brand challenges to grow brand business
Inspires teamwork and collaboration - love the guts and glory of the creative process and get your hands dirty alongside the creative team. Equally adept at partnering with senior leadership and junior team members.
Engaging storyteller – able to craft strategies and present them with brevity and purpose which emotionally engage the audience
Constantly growing people – have lead strategy teams, effectively identifying and nurturing talent.
