Earlier experience includes a position as Training Advisor at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Sarah holds a Master's degree in Personnel Development from the University of Westminster and two Bachelor's degrees in Commerce, with a focus on Industrial Psychology from the University of Johannesburg.
