Erica Ravich White

Erica Ravich White is an accomplished professional in HR search and recruitment, currently serving as the Executive Director at Frazer Jones since November 2023. Erica also engages with the TroopHR network, contributing to the development of People professionals since July 2022. Prior to these roles, Erica was a Partner at Landing Point Search Group from September 2017 to September 2023, and served as Managing Director at Clarity Recruiting between February 2013 and August 2017. Earlier experiences include account management roles at Jones Knowles Ritchie and Interbrand, where significant revenue was generated, alongside a successful start at News America Marketing, ascending to Account Director.
