Melanie Manning

Melanie Manning currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Seismic Therapeutic since March 2023 and is also a Troop Member at TroopHR since August 2022, where the focus is on empowering people professionals. Previously, Melanie held the position of Vice President of Human Capital at Enspira from August 2021 to July 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President of People Operations at Upstream USA, Human Resources Director at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research, and Associate Director of Human Resources Business Partner at Biogen Idec. Earlier roles include Director of Human Resources at Fidelity Investments and Manager of Business Knowledge and Leadership Development at ChasePaymentech. Melanie holds a Master's degree in Human Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma.
