Jen Jellison

Jen Jellison is an accomplished strategic and innovative HR leader with over 15 years of experience across diverse sectors, including private equity, start-ups, retail, wellness, and manufacturing. Currently, Jen is a Troop Member at TroopHR and the Founder of Jellison Consulting LLC, offering services such as fractional HR leadership, HR-focused consulting, culture and team building, executive coaching, and Gallup strengths-based team coaching. Previous roles include Chief Human Resources Officer, HR Director, and Regional Vice President at Ideal Protein, as well as various positions within Dia&Co and Hubbell Incorporated. Jen's foundational education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Bethel College.
