Kelly McCarthy

Kelly McCarthy has a diverse work experience background. Kelly started their career as a Research Assistant at Stonehill College in May 2011, where they worked until May 2013. In September 2013, they joined Boston College as a Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant, holding these positions until August 2018. Kelly then moved to FORMA Therapeutics, Inc. in September 2018, where they worked as a Scientist until March 2020. Currently, Kelly is employed at Valo, starting as a Scientist II in March 2020 and progressing to Senior Scientist in March 2021 and, most recently, Principal Scientist in August 2022.

Kelly McCarthy obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biochemistry from Stonehill College, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Subsequently, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Chemistry at Boston College, completing their studies from 2013 to 2018.
