Cara Garfield

Cara Garfield is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event management and people initiatives. Currently serving as Manager of People Initiatives and previously as People Experience Specialist at Zwift since October 2021, Cara has demonstrated expertise in developing strategies to enhance employee engagement in a global organization. Prior to Zwift, Cara held a variety of roles, including Event & Program Manager at Riot Games, where a team of five was built to advance the company's mission, and Event Manager at the American Liver Foundation, overseeing large-scale fundraising events. Additional experience includes coordinating weddings and events at Bash, LLC, managing programs at the Foundation for Rural Service, and serving as Production Coordinator at Devine Mulvey Longabaugh. Cara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from The George Washington University.
