Brooke Atchison Dolbare

Brooke Atchison Dolbare currently serves as the Head of Compensation at Airbus, a position held since April 2022. Prior to this role, Brooke held several positions at AM/NS Calvert from January 2012 to April 2022, including Area Manager of Communications & Corporate Responsibility, Team Manager of Compensation, Benefits and HRIS, and Compensation Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed strategic communications, Total Rewards competitiveness, and compensation practices analysis. Brooke began the professional journey as a Human Resources Assistant at ThyssenKrupp Steel USA. Additionally, from January 2010 to December 2011, Brooke was the Executive Director of the Washington County Chamber of Commerce, managing start-up functions and serving as an advocate for members. Academically, Brooke earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from The University of Alabama and a Master's Degree in Communications from The University of Southern Mississippi.
