Allison Heilman

Allison Heilman is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in management and strategic human resources. Currently serving as the HR Director for the Americas at Christie's since September 2019, Allison has previously held significant roles at Guggenheim Partners, including Managing Director and Co-Head of Guggenheim Investments HR, and Director of HR Business Partner from February 2013 to September 2019. Prior experience includes positions as VP HR Manager at PIMCO, VP HR at Allianz Global Investors, and VP HR at JPMorgan Chase. Allison holds a degree from Bucknell University, obtained in 1999.
