Aysa Kirschner

Aysa Kirschner currently serves as the HR Director for the Americas at Crypto.com, a position held since April 2024. Previously, Aysa was the Director of People Operations at Flex from November 2022 to April 2024 and held various roles at BlockFi, including Director, Senior Manager, and Manager of People Experience from November 2020 to August 2022. Aysa’s career also includes significant contributions at Essence from April 2015 to August 2020, where responsibilities ranged from Global Associate Director of Employee Experience to Global Senior Coordinator of Talent Development & Culture. Earlier experience includes positions at Interbrand as a Human Resources Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Assistant, and internships at Ross Stores and Bloomberg. Aysa earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development from Binghamton University between 2009 and 2013.
