Paul Chen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in partnerships, corporate strategy, and investment management. Currently serving as the Director of Partnership and Ecosystem Success at Ripple, Paul focuses on helping funded partners achieve product market fit and scale through strategic advising and collaboration. As a co-founder of Dubai Crypto Inklings and a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations, Paul engages with influential networks in international affairs and the crypto sector. Additional roles include serving as a startup advisor for Berkeley SkyDeck and as an investor and advisor to Commonwealth Joe Coffee Roasters. Paul has held leadership positions at Flourish.Tech.US and Empowerly, and previously worked as a Senior Investment Manager at Alibaba Group.
