Kristine R. has a diverse work experience, starting in 2004 as a Senior Advocate at CIGNA Behavioral Health where they assessed mental health statuses. Kristine then worked in various roles with the United States Department of the Army and Department of Defense, focusing on research, training, and cultural advisement. Kristine also held positions at Development Alternatives Inc., Service Women's Action Network, and the United States Military Academy at West Point before becoming the Development Research Manager at North Dakota State University. Currently, they serve as the Director of Research, University Advancement at the University of Northern Colorado.
