Rowan Earlam

Rowan Earlam is a Senior Scientist 1 at Sygnature Discovery, where since March 2021, work in the bioscience department has involved the development and screening of client assays across various therapeutic areas. Prior to this position, Rowan completed a three-month internship at Sygnature Discovery in the bioscience department, focusing on methodology development for organoids as a 3D cancer model. Earlier experiences include roles as a Technician and Student Scientist at LGC, where responsibilities included sample management and method development for clinical trial compounds, as well as an Assistant Scientist position at HFL Sport Science, Inc., which involved logistical support and reagent preparation. Rowan's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Biofuels, and Bioeconomy from the University of Nottingham and a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of Leicester.
